Runah is a senior engineering firm in Copenhagen, built around a simple observation: when accountants got Excel, the ones who mastered it pulled ahead and never looked back. AI assistance is that shift for software, and it rewards experience more, not less.
What we believe
The teams winning with AI right now aren't the ones with the most tools. They're the ones with the judgement to direct those tools well: engineers who know what good architecture looks like, what production readiness costs, and where the sharp edges are. That's the firm we've built.
How we engage
Every engagement follows the same three phases: a one-day workshop with your leadership (working examples, not slideware), a two-to-three-week discovery where we build visual prototypes with your stakeholders, and an implementation of around five months that ends in a finished, instrumented, secure product.
Case studies from that work will be published here as they ship. If you'd rather see it firsthand, the workshop is where every engagement starts.
